ClimeCo is proud to have been the carbon offset event sponsor for the first annual iMason’s Climate Accord Summit in 2025 and is looking forward to sponsoring the iCA Summit 2026 this November.
Last year, they collected all information related to the event—meeting locations and room size, number of attendees, round trip travel, meals, and room nights—to determine a carbon emissions footprint for the event. ClimeCo then procured and retired carbon credits to offset the event emissions footprint using both the U.S. Low-Carbon Cement and Afognak Island IFM projects as shown in the below datasheet.
About ClimeCo
ClimeCo started with a simple goal: to reduce greenhouse gases (GHG) through scalable abatement projects that create value for customers. This focus allowed the company to pioneer the development of U.S. emission-reduction projects at biodigester and nitric acid plants. Since then, ClimeCo has evolved into a global solutions advisor, transaction facilitator, trader, and developer of environmental commodities and sustainability solutions.
The company is proud of its entrepreneurial culture, inspiring, and encouraging its team of professionals to make a difference today for a better world tomorrow.
